BUCHANAN P.E. CONSULTING, INC. is a consulting firm with a LEED certification, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design for Governmental, residential, and commercial projects. We have designed thousands of projects with a wide range of design expertise. We designed Beautification projects (Facade Improvements) for the city of Sunrise and City of Deerfield Beach. We also designed parks and recreational areas for cities such as City of Sunrise Tennis Club. We designed schools for Broward County, the MEP and the fire sprinkler system, and designed a new lighting system which is energy efficient with an energy management system. Our design is being considered for a prototype for future schools lighting systems for Broward County. We have designed MEP and fire sprinkler systems in Attuck, Silver lakes, coconut creek, Ramblewood, and Ft. Lauderdale schools. We have designed schools for Florida Career College in three counties, and the Technical College of Miami in Broward.
